Ayala Prime Tower is a tall skyscraper located at the North Lawton Central Buisness Park.

The Skyscraper is made modern, perhaps it's unique design and appearance dominates through all the skyline. The 45-storey building measures 180 meters tall to the tip 173 meters to the roof. The structure has a total area of 25,365 sq. m (83,197 sq. ft.) through out.

40th floor served as the sky garden, which is ideal for every people as it also serves as the observation deck, it is the first observation deck in the city, otherwise, the tallest.
