The build as a whole is almost as old as the city itself. It was empty and boring, so I decided to remodel basically the whole complex.

Both buildings in the complex have been remodeled from the ground up.

Before, both buildings had empty floors, short 3 block high floors, and were made out of grey wool. Now, both buildings are completely furnished, have 4 block high floors + custom floors and ceiling, and the exterior is made of dark grey stained clay and colored glass panes.

Tower 1 (Tall tower) has:
  • Apartment staff offices
  • Guest office
  • Public Restrooms
  • Maintenance floor
  • 3 2-story apartments

Tower 2 (short tower) has:
  • 5 1-story apartments
There is a pool for apartment tenants too!


This build is a part of the LCC Restoration project.

I completed the build! Both buildings are completely remodeled from the ground up.
