77 bit , heh ???? u propably counted amount of blocks which r pushed by piston , but that doesnt mean it ve 77 bit storage :p , just saying

every block at each row holds one bit of memory cuz the 7 segment display has different outputpower (i know its not a word) so every block is able to power 1 segment of the display and 7 blocks is able to let the display work correctly and thats why it counts up to 9

i know what u mean , but that doesnt mean it carry 77 bits :p , its just counter not storage thing , which can save up to 77 bits , just saying , but anyway preety cool , diamond for u :)

Oh that's cool, it's a ROM sort of thing, i've built these as well. I hooked it up to a 7-segment screen decoder, to make it count from 0 to 9 :-)
