The code is 1348, but you can change it by putting redstone torches on the back of the levers you don't want to be pressed.

yea its easier than u think. 1st of all i think this could improve if u took away the levers and adder rs nor latches. i dont really know how to explain it right here i might make a turtorial or something

you were prob using the sideways re latch design there is an easy upright way of making them.
