9-pin door lock

I made this 9 pin door lock powered by redstone, if you find the code you get to see the system. If you would like me to post more redstone devices put it in the comments. :)
This is how the door works:
1-Press restart button just to be sure.
2-Put in the code you think it is.
3-Press confirm button (at your right)
4-If the door opens it is right
5-If the door does not open, press restart button.
