This is a 99-Timer clock, it basically counts down up to 99 and resets to 00, easy to understand once you build it.
YOu can put this in your world using mcedit and downloading the schemagic.

This is actually my first project to contain a schemagic, and my next project, the 12-hour clock. Will contain one too.
