It looks like a circle, but its not. What you see on the screen is all pixels, and pixels are squares. So essitially, it's a giant mess of squares.

true i used the setblock command there and by using the 1.8 block rotation ability i rotated it 1 degree at a mine crating a nearly perfect circle
