A good starter house for survival if you don't want to take the time to create one and get your farm started yourself.

A basic survival house. Has trees all around and fields within 40 blocks. The interior has a double bed, crafting table, furnace, distillery, and cauldron. The house has four double chests and the field has two double chests.
