This is a town I spent about a month on. It has working power and a complete civilization. To turn the power back on, there is a generator in the Alpha House. To find some books on how to run the town, there are some books in the attic. Sorry for the items in the chest in the main room, i was testing the map out in survival so... have some free items!

Yeah, I understand that. I don't hardly play with friends either. To have a realm or server costs money and I don't really have money, so I just do LAN with local friends.
