Here is a build from Tetelestai and Sigil. A sort of Wizards Academy if you will! Designed to have an older over grown feel with some randomness brought to an otherwise ordinary academy complete with its very own tree growing into it! sorry no Interior and we use this pack because we play on this specific server so we prefer it. But thanks for the suggestion we will have to take a look at it.
