This is an Abandoned Victorian-Era Mansion built in 1897. It is in the Queen-Anne Victorian Style. It was also based off of a random house in my (In Real Life) Neighborhood. This house features:

-A Library
-A large Dining Room & Kitchen
-2-car Garage
-A Gazebo
-2 Porches

History:


This mansion was built in 1897 by Jonathan Gregford and his family. When the family moved out in 1937, they sold it to the Rusins. On October 3rd, 1962, Samantha Rusin and her brother Lucas were both found dead in the kitchen, in which the cause is still unknown. The Rusins left, and tried to sell it. No one wanted it, since of the mysterious occurence. In 1972, they quit trying, and left the house to rot. It has been vacant ever since.
