just build it and take the file out of your .minecraft/saves folder wich you can reach on windows by opening the file explorer and entering %appdata% and you can find your saves there and do what everyou want with them, but planet minecraft doesnt host it for you you have to use a file storage site.
BTW i made this map hard to find on purpose how did you find it???
