This american motel is completely fictional, created by me. I spent the whole day working on it, so the perfect goal would be 1k views.

Yea mix some gravel, corsairse dirt and grass (blocks) for the ground and add some grass so it looks a bit overgrown, depends on how long ago the building was abondoned, if only a year or a couple it wouldnt be so overgrown, its all about the logic, also add graffiti, broken windows, in some places none, or if the building is really really old than no windows at all. Roof should also be a bit overgrown, and just add some different small details to it to give it some character, its not hard at all. Good luck and thank you :)

Well it would be quite overgrown already, so use more grass, some walls could be collapsed, ruined.

heck i love it ! with the broken sign and the empty pool ! the bricks just sitting around and how it's slowly being consumed by nature through that grass all over the place! very nice!
