Alternating Delay/Reversing Redstone Systems

I have always faced the same problem when trying to build redstone mechanisms. Today, I solved that problem. If I want the output on one piston to always change before the output of another, that is easy. A 4 tick repeater will solve that problem. But what if I want them to alternate? If I want the left piston to power on before the right piston, but the right piston to power off before the left, that is a mess... until now!

This mechanism will allow hidden walls and other mechanisms that were previously impossible. Using this mechanism, it is possible to flip a switch to have one block pulled down, then replaced by another. When the switch is flipped again, the mechanism will REVERSE.
