Based on Kazan's Bank and was built by me on version 1.5.2
Only one screenshot, I'm too lazy to make more. It's VERY strangely furnished inside because I didn't know how to furnish it.
edit: And as it tournd out, I saved schematic askew and it cut off the roof (on the highest block) but this is easily fix
