Perched on a scenic overlook with a view of the ocean, this modern house is situated in an exclusive and private setting northeast of the city of Selkirk.

I'm am using the Painterly Pack Customizer as my texture pack.

Well, the terrain in the schematic is leveled out so it should match up with a flatmap if you make the surface flush with the ground.

Thanks. I like it too. Of all the houses I've built this one has one of my favorite floor plans and yet no one seemed to like it very much at first.
