Want Space, something comfy but not too big, and something modern? Well then this house is good for a potential buyer like you! This Modern Ranch House has 1.5 bathrooms(1 and a half bathrooms) 2 bedrooms(including master) a full kitchen, and a secret spot for the kiddos to safley play! i give credit to mikeyto1o's Modern Texturepack. Also this is the "vanilla" version. i am/will make a version using furniture mod and shelf mod.
