Automatic Chicken Farm with a "Kill Half" Button. The chickens are stored in a two block space with hoppers under them and an automatic egg shooting system so they will increase in number infinitely. When the button is pushed, a piston will push the chickens in one block, dropping the chickens down to be killed by lava with a redstone system. There is a collection system for the feathers and cooked chicken.

This build is relatively resource-friendly and can be done in survival (But of course, replace the iron and quartz blocks with cheaper blocks like cobble). In survival, trap a chicken or more in a 2 block space and start building from there, otherwise collect chicken eggs and leave your computer AFK for hours after a baby chicken is produced.
