I'm guessing regular non-sticky pistons are below the cobble, so they push the cobble up and retract. Then the lava starts flowing towards the water and turns into more cobble. If left unobserved, it reaches the very top of the skybox.

the world save is the savve minecraft makes, on pc you need to type %appdata% into search then go into .minecraft in their is the saves folder find the save and upload it. on mac ur on your own
