I made a farm that uses redstone and sticky pistons to open areas of water. Water destroys the wheat and brings it down to the end where you can grab it all and then replant it. I highly encourage you to look at the wheat farm before pulling the lever because all of the wheat is currently grown and when you pull it you have to wait again for the wheat to grow after you plant it.
