Immerse yourself in the world of the strategy game Backgammon – now fully playable in Minecraft! This project brings the traditional board game into your world and combines classic game mechanics with clever datapack logic.

Fully functional backgammon game for 1 or 2 players
Datapack-based system for rolling dice and moving pieces (the rest is player responsibility)
Additional players on the map can only spectate to follow the game live
Intuitive controls and visual feedback directly in the game
No additional modding required – works with vanilla Minecraft
👥 Gameplay:
Two players compete against each other, while other players can watch the match as spectators. The game automatically detects who is actively playing and who is just watching – ideal for servers (the admin only needs to block the starting area for trolls) or group game nights.

Simply download the world or the datapack, unpack it, and get started. A short guide is included in the download.

👥 Spielablauf:
Zwei Spieler treten gegeneinander an, während andere Mitspieler das Match als Zuschauer erleben können. Das Spiel erkennt automatisch, wer aktiv spielt und wer nur zuschaut – ideal für Server(Admin muss für Trolle nur den Startbereich sperren) oder gemeinsame Spielabende.
