For the map download you need the texture pack here: https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/the-backrooms-4375964/
You also need one mod which is the immersive portals mod all in 1.20.1 if you enter the world without this mod installed you need to redownload the world as all the portals would get deleted.
