I know why, its because there is a file inside of the zip file so if you extract it, you have to take the file inside of the zip you extracted into resource packs

did you try extracting the RAR archive when inside the resource pack folder?

Yes I tried extracting it from the zip file and put the folder in to the resource folder didn't work

Alright, I did a bit of research, But I can't see what's wrong. Maybe the download link is broken or something, otherwise I have no Idea.
