Inspired by flexyque in YouTube I tried to figure out how this worked.

I think I got it! it a crazy mess but I will put the save file up and try and make a step by step tutorial. Everything was done on the fly so it could get even better.

I'm also taking suggestions!

hello i made some modifications to your world

made a underground batcave

made jokers warehouse

the penguins layer

and working on a city i will post a video of it when it is done i will give you credit for the entrance and everything that you made hope you like it!

I like how you've sectioned this off and broke it down all neatly for each section! It's a nice touch using the colored wool the way you did as well!
