This is a world edit schematic. World edit schem cuts out the hopper carts so you will need to add all three of them . The two on the top rail has the bottles on one side to collect honey and shears on the other side to collect honey combe. The hopper cart under it collects the drops and feed to the chest.

I found that on the Honey side it needs hoppers under the Nests also, feed the hoppers to the rail system hoppers below and it should be fine. For some reason some of the honey bottles were going back into the dispenser.
