Binary to Decimal Coverter

This is a simple 3-bit and 4-bit Binary to decimal coverter. There is also another converter but It is not done and I am not planning on finishing it. You can do what you want with this world, I don't care. Just do not claim it as your own. It is, I believe, massly over complaint but I still like it. So that is why I am posting it here.
