The building of this mansion and the terrain surrounding it was only possible with many tools and other people.

First of all,  Brandon (a member of our team) came up with the idea for this manor and built the basic shape of it's exterior. He said his main source of inspiration came from Runescape's Draynor Manor (not sure if that's spelt right...). Brandon also set about writing an extensive amount of lore for the manor (like 12 typed pages).

As Brandon
was working on the manor, I began creating a new map meant to home this project and many others contained in our Land of Mirador project. All the terrain was created with World Machine and World Painter. Shameless  plug: the showcase of this terrain and the Mirador project can be seen  in one of my other cinematic videos. The specific area on the map  featured in this build is within Hallowood Forest, a very large, very  spooky woodsy area.

After the terrain was finished, we utilized  the wondrous copying and pasting tools of World Edit to move the manor
to the new map. Brandon, Aaron, and Cody (all members of our server team again) all helped me with the interior, from hallways to coffin room to torture chamber... The build was very recently finished.

Finally, I filmed the various scenes of the machinima/cinematic with the Camera  Studio Mod and edited it all with Sony Vegas Pro. And that's about it... if you got any questions on how any part was created, feel free to ask me!

Lucifer Bloodlite of the Red Court was always the most viscious of all the vampires. He ravaged entire villages, burning them to the ground and taking the bodies of their residents. One day, he just stopped... No one knows exactly why, but many believe he settled in to a deep slumber at Bloodlite Manor. It's been many years now, and you, a humble adventurer, go in search of treasure in Hallowood Forest. What you find instead is a decaying mansion holding a horrible prize deep within its winding tunnels....
