I STILL CANNOT TYPE COMMENTS.
There is no specific message, its just when i click on it nothing happens...

Do you mean when you type, the letters don't appear? Are you using NoScript?
I had this problem after finally creating a G- page for my Youtube channel (and a new email to manage it so that after 2 weeks I can transfer ownership and hopefully it won't be linked to my private/personal email anymore)
I found 2 solutions that seem to work:
1. Right-click the text box -> This Frame -> Open Frame in New Tab
2. NoScript Options -> Embeddings tab -> Uncheck ClearClick protections on "trusted" pages
It seems to be broken for all browsers

I cannot find that option nor can i find this frame or noscript options.
When I click on the comment box it says opening......

Hmm... that's slightly different than me, I didn't have it say opening
I use Firefox, what browser do you use?
With Firefox+NoScript, the options are found by scrolling over the S icon next to the back/forward buttons or in Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions
