I like the simplicity of this building. There are two distinct design ideas, the typical rectilinear grid and the ellipse. They are well balanced proportionally to each other, my only critique is that on the shorter sides, i feel that it's a little jarring how the ellipse is abruptly stopping and cut in half at the rooftop garden. While i understand that at its street presence, it allows people to enter, but to shift the pattern up halfway would have added a nice visual balance

gardens on the setbacks. The ellipses on the facad go really well with
the very angular design of the rest of the tower. This is great, keep it
up! The entrance is stunning as well, nice idea :)
