An idea I tried was to replica my house into the minecraft world. It was actually a bit hard to do since minecraft deminsions are so different from reality, so the spacing is off and few furniture doesn't look as realistic, but I did my best.

EDIT 7/8/2015: I finally finished the yard.

If anyone has any ideas regarding how to make furniture, let me know! I'm always looking for new ideas to try things in different ways. And feel free to download the house as your own if you like. ^_^
