Brewery Apt.
Once upon a time city centers were small, active, and filled with a primairily industrial life style. Today city centers are ment for living, shopping and (big) businesses. A combination of past and present is to be created with this project: Brewery Apt.
The Brewery has remained it's traditional look on the outside, whilst on the inside beiing renovated to keep up with the daily standards. Later added, having a sleek modern look on the outside, are the three "towers". These feature luxury apartment studio's, which show an amazing contrast between the present (sleek modern) and the past (traditional).
