Bridge tower

Hello!

Another project -- fortified river bridges.

Stone tower situated on strategic water crossing and very ancient itself, battered and mossed, captured and recaptured by regional powers countless times. Crossing was badly damaged by yet another war and now stay renewed and rebuild by new owners -- merovians, expert wood workers. Bridges also new.

Tower controls system of 2 bridges. Crossing can be easly blocked by pair of drawbridges. When all of them upped, tower becomes unacceseble any other way but small winded path that goes to river bank with tiny dock. It also can be used by guards to slip away with warning message.

Garrison is about 20 men. They can easly hold off some bandits or scout parties and even slow down larger forces -- tower is not so big, but well placed and fortifed.

Inside tower is fully furnished and "practical". I tried make this project rather realistic.

There is hiden secret passage. Some of you may be interested in finding it : )
