So in the making is a modern city plot, which will contain Apartment Blocks, Industries, Hospitals, Hotels, Apartment buildings, and much more. Feel free to email me if you'd like a world download / schematic for either your own use or for a server. We're all enjoying being a part of this build. I'm obliged to stay within the rules of PMC so if you'd like to come for a tour email me for the IP. 

We use a texture pack for building called ModernHD, also we use Flows HD Revivals. But for server building we use Faithful/Default :-)
