Uhh.  It's not up for download, since it's on a server, but you can use the concept of a candyland in general.  After all, that ins't exactly my original idea either.  Just please don't copy it block for block.  There are so many ways in which you could improve the build.  Try to use different colors and shapes.  And yes, credit please.  But other than that, go ahead. :P
