About 40,000 stone used, all done legit in survival minecraft. No items were spawned for this and no flying was used.
Took about a month to complete because I took a lot of breaks from it.

Texture pack is Steelfeather's Enchanted Pack http://www.planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/steelfeathers-enchanted-pack-495371/

There is no download for it because it is the Maxloader server. http://maxloader.nl/forum/viewforum.php?f=28
Currently whitelisting on the server is closed due to the 1.3 update and not having bukkit we had to revert back to vanilla. I will update this when whitelisting is reopened. To get to the catherdral on the server just go through the nether portal at spawn and follow the signs to the rail.
