Hiya, yeah basically its like all void and there's a few spaced out, separated chunks. This happened when I loaded it in the latest version. I tried in 1.13 (since it said that the world was last loaded in this ver.), the same thing happened. Also don't be sorry! I appreciate that you were kind enough to put it up for download in the first place <3

There's your problem: it's actually a 1.12 world and the mods I used only works in 1.12. Try in 1.12 and see if it works. If not, then I'm very sorry. Thank you for letting me know, though!
