There are three primary structural areas.
A Marketplace building
A park area
A Capital building

The landscape itself is a river delta region. A river runs between the above areas and exits into a delta with many small islands sourrounded by river tributaries.

The Marketplace
This building is a two floor structure with a large two storage atrium in the center, and is intended to host server and player markets.
Near the market is a large area set aside to create plots for player homes.

The first floor is a large atrium design with a fountain centerpiece accented with glowstone lighting.
The surrounding walls of the first floor are lined with enclosed market stalls.
Twelve medium size stalls and two large size stalls.

The second floor has an open center for the atrium.
The North and South sides of the second floor each have five open air style smallish market stalls.

The Park
This area's centerpiece is an elaborate pillared garden area with a secondary forest area containing massive custom tree designs.
The pillared garden contains several waterfalls and raised gardens that are protected above by domes resting on pillars.

The Capital
This building is intended to house the spawn location and signs containing server rules and tutorials.

The Capital building is a two story design with vaulted ceilings on the first floor.
A tall dome is featured near the center or the building's roof.
The front of the building has a grand entrance to the first floor in the middle and the sides each have grand staircases leading to the second floor.
