I made it for 1.16 and latest versions, there isn't really clutch practice maps that are made for higher version other than 1.8-1.9 so i made my own map for the latest version! This is also my first ever map :D enjoy!

It only has 9 levels

Level8: clutch to the side of walls

Level9: A small simple bridge, whenever you step on the bridge arrows will rain down on you, the plan was to try and knock the player while he clutches, it wasnt the best idea but i did try my best

srry for replying after a long time you probably figured it out already but you type %appdata% in your search bar then you find "'.minecraft" then you click on "saves" and you just drag the file in there though you need to extract the file itself from the winrar file cause i archived it

I haven't tried this map yet, but if you haven't added one, you should add a bridge that gives u knockback and u must doa block clutch!
