Hello! This is my first real attempt at a large scale survival map, designed for two things to be kept in mind: vastness and realism! This survival map is designed to create really long walking distances, and with fairly smooth transitions between landscapes to put a sense of scale in to the player, while not making the biomes themselves very unaccessible.

MAP DESCRIPTION:
The world is 10k by 10k blocks, give or take a couple hundred each side for ocean (which i plan on also developing) and is packed with many kinds of unique landforms, ranging from the dry, desolate, and jagged Cacahuate (or Peanut) Mountains, to the lush, vibrant Clay Hills. In the Granite Tablelands, you'll find mesas and buttes of granite (shocker) and in the Bushweed Swamp, trees are packed so dense it's difficult to traverse. Along the west coast, the grand and mighty Atimonte Mountains guard the lush forests west of the shadow. In the Northeast, the barely traversable but beautiful Fjordland Mountains call the North Sea their home. The rolling plains of Spokesland, while not holding host to many trees or much elevation, provide a safe haven for living. The harsh Red Desert of the South are barely livable, but some sadist might enjoy the red rock's beautiful contrast against the dull brown grass.
