A giant concert arena with a commercial village surrounding it with a private stay for the artists and VIP visitors, with restaurants a spa and in the center the cocert arena it's self containing 4 stages with each 3 smaller platforms, 4 tribunes all two layered. The picture added is just a sketch of how it will be, with top sight, front entrance and stage.
