I made some working 16x16 copper bulbs.
They turn on in 0.3s and off in 0.4s (lamps are 0.1s on and 0.3s off)
Also I made one toggle like a normal copper bulb, and one not toggle (like a redstone lamp)
Map works in 1.21+ because copper drop but the redstone should work for 1.16+
