I made two 16x16 lamp megablocks.
The first lamp activates in 1.8s (36gt) and works in really old versions (it just uses dust, repeaters and torches).
The second lamp activates in 0.1s (2gt) and uses target blocks so it works in versions 1.16+. It also lights up on the bottom side.
