I do apologize. I am usually not too straightforward, but it's a command that adds in Custom Crafting by renaming a crafting table to 'Custom Crafting Table'. Hold and right click this and you should be able to craft custom stuff, like saddles.

The "world download" is not a world. It's a redirection to the command.
