the steps.

1.)get mcedit github.com/mcedit/mcedit/downloads use sethbling-testing version

2.)get the filter sethbling.com/modifyitemstrings

3.) open SethBling-TESTING-0.1.2-10-ga984.win-amd64>filters add the filter there

4.) open mcedit select the world *note* item(s) have(or has) to be in a chest select region

5.) select the custom item strings filter by pressing the filter(coffee pot looking thing) type what you want

6.) have fun!

if you have this filter and mc edit copy the world to your saves follow the instructions and paste the new world in the server designated area

I got it to work i got a friend to help me. I just wish there was a plugin for bukkit to avoid the hassle. Thanks anyways!
