I'm not saying it's not good or anything, but you should really use Voxel Sniper, WorldEdit, or a similar tool for this. Especially the edges of the island. It's really not that hard if you have a general idea of what you're doing.

Good, that's step one. Now try creating an LAN Bukkit server, if not LAN then whitelisted. Put Voxel Sniper in the plugins folder, start it up, and you're good to go. I would also advise using WorldPainter, a good program for natural-looking base terrain. A good example of its use is inHaze's Sunken Island.

I made this on Single player, plus it wont work in bukkit since the terrain changes...
