Here is the Dawn of Nobility: Spawn Building, that I made using the original spawn building as a reference. It has all the same dimensions, but I did a few things differently.

The stairs don't have the rainbow colour wool pattern, and the sandstone slabs on the sides are stone slabs instead. Also, I have added a fountain at the front, and a Catacombs underneath (basically a large empty space under the building). The balcony design isn't exactly the same, it doesn't have the same supports as the original.

I take no credit for the design of the building, I simply built it. Credit goes to wraith1200 =P.

The texture pack I use is Gerudoku
