T-255 (Tower - 255 blocks high)

The title of tallest building on the planet now belongs to skyscraper T-255. Tower is builded in futuristic architectonic style with a hint of brutalist architecture. It’s a first building with prototype of arc reactor beneath it. Reactor is scheduled to be activated on New Year’s Eve of 2023. Tower is supposed to represent golden days of peace, space exploration and international cooperation of Denebolian republic. Building is supposed to be filled with all the modern technology and processes Denebolian society can offer such as: environmental control, darkening windows, intelligent building AI assistant, and much more.

• Tower is composed of three main wings as its predecessor. One of three wings has already been completed included with interiors up to level 31 ( total number of floors is 48). Other wings has completed only main construction without interiors.
  The ground floor is divided into four zones. Three zones at the end of all three wings houses small restaurants, coffee shops and fast foods. Fourth zone in the middle of a floor houses an official entrance to the tower.
• Floors 2-10 are designed as luxury hotel with small 2 bed apartments and shared bathrooms on a wing. At the end of a wings you can find shared social room with couches, library and holoprojectors. (12 apartments on one floor) - Apartment count and use of second floor can be different in each of the wing - still WIP!
• Floors 11 and 12 are dedicated for luxury restaurants as a part of the hotel and also for common visitors.
• At the floors number 13 and 14 are located luxury shops and stores with fashion stores, electronic shops and art shops.
• Level 15 houses three music bars.
• Level 16 is designed as cinema. Cinema is operating during daytime thanks to darkening windows and during night time are windows set as transparent from interior to exterior as it creates magnificent illusion of floating projection screen with starry background.
• Art gallery is located on level 17.
• Floors 18 - 21 are dedicated to office space for Denebolian companies.
• At floors 22 and 23 we can find one more luxury restaurant which holds record as highest placed restaurant on the planet.
• Remaining floors up to level 30 are reserved for private apartments. Each apartment has its own bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. (Level 24 and 25 - 6 apartments on one floor, remaining floors have each 3apartments).
  
• The use of floor above level 30 are still in discussions, but it’s already clear that some of the floors will be reserved for government purposes.
• The highest level is rumored to be dedicated for space observatory.

There is also plan for connecting the tower to its own metro station but it is still in discussion and efficiency review. (Building is already surrounded by three metro stations in walking distance).
However it may be stunning and magnificent engineering project for Denebolian engineers, the construction of the tower brought many problems to its surroundings including park areas and old buildings. Some buildings as original Science Research Center & Park had to be partially deconstructed, moved and assembled again. Park areas as the ones directly next to tower had to be rebuilded and even metro station “National” had to be slightly changed.
