Dragon (Need Suggestions)

Hello, I have created my FIRST 'big' creation it is a work-in-progress dragon. The back left leg is a bit weird but its OK. It is not finished (wings, leg, head and texture) but if you have any ideas (especially what to change the stone to!) leave them in the comments below.

Things I need advice on (please comment)
o What to change the stone to. (Must not be flammable)
o Is it to 'circlie'? should I round it off?
o More detail? (Include what part needs more detail)
o Should I fix that crapped up leg?
o Personal thought: Should I have a dead Dear or something in front of him? (his teeth do have blood on them!)

cool though you might want the dragon to look more mean, unless he was supposed to be a nice dragon. :) Just wondering did you just use a bunch of circles and aranged them into a dragon? You should make it not look like circles on his body unless you want those to be dots :P

Thank you for the suggestion! (sorry if you get this twice, safari crashed) A meaner look would be good. And making it look more natural is another good idea! I will implement these in. By the way, this was a challenge set by my friends to make a project in 24 hours, that is why I didn't put much effort in.
