You have actually created a t-flip-flop and not a memory cell
a memory cell has 2 inputs and 1 output, set(->on) reset(->off) and output
a t-flip-flop has 1 input and 1 output, acting the input as a toggle between on & off.

Yeah,but if you search for it on the web this also comes up as a memory cell ;) Thanks for your comment. Those pictures are easy to create, head over to Novaskin and you can make them yourself :)
