Electronically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory
Quick overview
capacity: 32 bytes
Least addressable unit: 1 byte
Dimensions:
Download: schematic (see link)
Overview
It has a capacity of 32 bytes which consists of 32 clusters of 4 stacked elements (one element is 1 byte). You can read one byte at a time.
The schematic consists of one chip which consists of 32 bytes EEPROM.
The control panel has 5 levers that you can use to select a cluster. The output is 'shown' above these levers on 8 data lines. The output is synchronized (i.e. it always takes the same amount of ticks to read a cluster from memory), but the cluster selection decoder (used for input) is NOT.
UPDATE
As nobody is perfect, we discovered our memory had two issues with output bit 0: when selecting memory cluster 0D (=13 dec) or 1D (=29 dec), output bit 0 is always turned on and two wires were not synchronized properly.Quick overview
